Sue is particularly thrilled to be selling real estate in Lexington, Kentucky, the "Horse Capital of the World" and home to the 2010 Alltech World Equestrian Games. She has a unique background for the Lexington real estate market, having lifelong experience in the horse industry. She trained both horses and riders professionally at the national and international levels, with four of her students going on to Olympic competition.

Formerly the Executive Director of the National Hunter Jumper Council, Sue was also a member of the Equestrian Advisory Committee for the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games. Her experience includes event production, specializing in horse shows and the design of equestrian centers for residential real estate communities.

Additional background information includes graduation from Smith College with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics and graduate courses in business, law and management. Her in-depth real estate training includes specialized courses such as Real Estate Practice, Financing, Legal Aspects, and Real Estate Appraisal and Taxation. Sue also has a working knowledge of French and German.
